Natural Ophthalmics Eye Drops have recently been recalled. The cause of the recall is due to the manufacturing facility failing its sterility test during an FDA screening. So far there have not been any reported adverse incidence with using the eye drops and we have not seen any problems using them on our orthok patients. However, our supplier had asked us to pull the drops and have them returned. We are committed as a company to make this recall as easy as possible for our patients. If you have any recalled bottles at home (opened or sealed), please bring those bottles to our office and you will have the option to get a refund for the remaining bottles or get an exchange. If you choose to get an exchange, patients will be offered with OASIS Tears. OASIS Tears is a non-preserved eye drop that many doctors reserve for their dry eye patients, but would also be suitable for using with Ortho-k until we are able to receive new shipments of Natural Opthalmics Eye Drops.

Again, If you have previously purchased the affected lot of Natural Ophthalmics eye drops from our office, you are eligible for one of the following options:
